Turn the control until the manometer shows that the appropriate working pressure
has been reached.
Press the control down to lock the regulator.
The working pressure must never exceed 6 kg/cm
2
(this is the maximum pressure on
the safety valve). It is considered that the optimal working pressure range is from 3.5 to
5.5 kg/cm
2
.
The working pressure depends on the type of work to be done.
7.4. ABRASIVE PRODUCT OUTLET FLOW REGULATION
The abrasive product outlet flow can be regulated by manually operating the product
outlet regulation control
[Exploded view 1
– Position 7]
, placed in the lower part of the tank.
The beginning of the adjustment process must be done with the regulator completely
closed (control fully tightened), carrying out its slow and gradual opening until reaching the
abrasive outlet flow rate suitable for the type of work to be done. The adjustment process must
be carried out with the gun trigger
[Exploded view 2

pushed.
8. DISMANTLING OF COMPONENTS
The way to proceed to perform certain tasks of dismantling or replacement of

WARNING:
Never dismantle the regulation screw while the equipment is working. Once the
maximum output flow rate has been reached, the regulation screw must not continue
to be turned
