5. USE OF THE WASHER 

5.1. PREREQUISITES

• 

The connection to the water supply has to be on a source with a sufficient flow, with a hose of Ø19 

minimum connected on the male quick-connector of the pump.

•  The high pressure hose must be connected to the connector of the pump by-pass.
• 

The motor must necessarly be stopped during the filling of the fuel tank.

Before each utilization of the aotmizer, verify the oil levels of the pump and motor, 

using the gauges provided.

• 

Never run the washer without water supply at the risk of damaging the pump seriously.

• 

The temperature of the water used shall not 60°C.

Do not use the whaser neither in a closed room, nor in a space where the temperature 

is under 0°C.

5.2. STARTING-UP

1.  Control the oil level, then put the motor button on the ON position.
2. 

Connect the washer to the water supply, then open the water supply completely.

3. 

Press the trigger of the lance, the water flows out of the nozzle in low pressure.

4. 

After having made sure that  the tank is filled with fuel, open the fuel supply.

5.  Put the starter.
6.  Put the accelerator to the maximum.
7.  Start the moteur by pulling the launcher, trigger still pressed.
8. 

Release the trigger and let the motor warm up a few moments.

9.  Remove the starter
10. 

The washer is ready to be used. To set the working pressure, turn the black thumb wheel on the 

by-pass and control it on the manometer.

Motor stop

Put the button on the OFF position and cut the fuel supply.

After every stop of the motor, it is important to evacuate the pressure remaining in the 

hose. To do so, press the trigger of the lance.
