6 Mixer does not rise up Hydraulic problem. Contact technical service.

8 The mixer does not turn
Check the speed control knob. Increase the speed of rotation.
Check the position of the grid.
Close the grid.
Check the correct operation of the safety
device (see electronic card indicator).
Hydraulic problem. Contact technical service.
9 Hopper screw does not turn
Check the speed control knob. Increase speed.
Check the position of the grid.
Close the grid (see electronic board
indicator).
Check that the air valve is not closed at
the machine outlet.
Open the air valve at the machine outlet.
Check that the air valve on the spray
lance is not closed.
Open the air valve on the spray lance.
Check that the air injector on the lance is
not clogged with product.
Use a swab to unclog the injector of the
lance.
Check that the security card is working
properly.
Power supply problem. See Problem No. 1.
Hydraulic problem. Contact the technical service.

Hopper screw does not stop
when air is shut off at the lance
Check the air hose and fittings for leaks. There should be no air leak on the circuit.
Check the connections on the pressure
switch.
Eliminate any leak on the fitting.
Check that the vacuum valve is not
leaking.
Contact technical service.
Check compressor belt tension. Tighten the compressor belt.
Hydraulic problem. Contact technical service.
11 The product does not come out
at the end of the spray lance
Check that there are no plugs in the
product pipes.
Check the consistency of the product.
Unclog hoses.
Spraying mortar or lime.
Check that you have added a plasticizer
in the product preparation.
Check the spray valve on the lance. It must be open.
Check that the hopper screw rotates
properly.
See problem 9.
Check the pump for wear.
Use the pressure controller at the pump
outlet.
12 HP washer does not work
Check the water supply.
The hose must not be pinched and the
water valve open.
Check the filter for clogging. Clean the supply filter before each use.
Hydraulic problem. Contact a dealer.
