Installation (Cont.)
Installation
1. The front panel is packaged
separately. Unpack it and put it aside
for attachment after installation.
2. Remove the four screws that hold the
chassis and cabinet from the sides
and back of the cabinet (Fig. 8).
3. Grasp the handle on the front of the
chassis and carefully slide the air
conditioner unit out of the cabinet
(Fig. 9).
4. Depending on your installation set-
up and the type of air conditioner
you purchased, you can drain the
condensation water through an
opening either at the bottom of
the unit, or at the back.
4(a)
Bottom drainage
: To drain the
condensation water through
the bottom of the unit, attach
the supplied drainage tray to
the underside of the unit using
the four screws supplied. For
this method you need to block the
drainage hole at the back using the
supplied drainage stopper (Fig. 10).
4(b)
Back drainage:
Attach the sealing
ring to the drainage mouth and insert
it securely into the back drainage
hole (Fig. 11), then rotate to secure
it in place and prevent water
leakage. For this drainage
method you need to block the
bottom drainage hole using the
drainage stopper (Fig. 12).
