7. OPERATION
After connecting the unit to the mains it requires a short initialization process and is then ready for operation.
The display shortly indicates the firmware version followed by the last operating mode. The light set may be
controlled via DMX controller or a foot pedal. Alternatively, it can be operated without external control in
sound-controlled mode or in automatic mode with processor-controlled color changes. The operating modes
can be selected by means of the display and the control buttons.

7.1 Operation without external control
Automatic mode

To select the automatic mode with processor-controlled color changes, press the button
MENU

is indicated in the display. Confirm with the
ENTER
button.

Once again, press the
ENTER
button to activate menu item speed. The display indicates
Speed
. Use
the buttons
UP
and
DOWN
to adjust the desired speed in automatic mode from low (0) to high (100).
Sound control

Via the microphone, which is integrated in the control unit, the rhythm of the music (sufficient bass
provided) can be perfectly reproduced by the light set. To select sound control press the button
MENU
so many times until
Sound Show
is indicated in the display. Confirm with the
ENTER
button.

To adjust the microphone sensitivity press the button
MENU
so many times until
Sensitivity
is
indicated in the display. Confirm with the
ENTER
button. Use the buttons
UP
and
DOWN
to adjust the
microphone sensitivity to the volume of the music from low (0) to high (100).
Master/slave operation with several light sets
When several light sets are interconnected (
→
6.5), the slave units can be synchronized and controlled with
the master unit. The units must be set to the corresponding operating modes.

to select the option
Master
for the master unit and
Slave
for each of the slave units.

At the master unit, select the desired operating mode (automatic mode or music control). The
interconnected light sets will now operate in sync.
