MAKING THE CONNECTIONS

Connect the displays with each other.

Connect the first data cable from the processor with the first display in the chain. Connect the
second data cable with the next displays and proceed accordingly.

Connect the power cable from the processor with the first display in the chain. Connect the first
display with the next display and proceed accordingly.

Connect the GD-8 processor via a patch cable to the network card of your Windows PC. The
network card must only be used for running the processor, or else it can cause network
problems.

When using more than 8 x 8 displays, a further GD-8 AIO processor has to be installed. You can
daisy-chain up to 8 processors connected to a network card at a time. Extension cables are
available as accessory.
6
Establish power connection to the GD-8 processor. The displays light up red.
