The product is used as a timer with time running forward (count-up timer) or back-
ward (count-down timer).

or wet.

This product is not a toy and does not belong in the hands of children. Only use
the product out of the reach of children; the product contains parts that can be
swallowed as well as batteries.

Condensation may form when the product is brought from a cold room into a
warm one. Wait until it has reached room temperature before using it.

Do not leave the packaging materials unattended. They may become dangerous
playthings for children.

Handle the product with care; it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental

Do not leave batteries/rechargeable batteries lying around; there is a risk that
they could be swallowed by children or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor im-
mediately.

Leaking or damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries in contact with the skin
can cause acid burns, therefore, use suitable protective gloves.

Batteries/rechargeable batteries must not be short-circuited, opened or thrown
into a fire. There is a risk of explosion!

Do not recharge normal, non-rechargeable batteries, risk of explosion! Only
charge rechargeable batteries that are intended for this purpose; use suitable
rechargeable battery chargers.

Check that the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries/rechargeable bat-
teries (pay attention to plus/+ and minus/-).

Protect valuable furniture surfaces by using an appropriate underlay;
otherwise, scratch marks can occur.
set up the timer in such a manner that it cannot fall over.
The timer can be mounted or set up in various ways:

Unfold the hanging eye (10) and hang the timer on a screw or nail.

Use the magnets (11) to secure the timer to a flat metal surface.

Unfold the stand (12) and place the timer on a flat surface.

rechargeables
Open the battery compartment on the rear of the device and insert two batteries
of type AAA/Micro with the correct polarity. The correct polarity is indicated in the
battery compartment.
Close the battery compartment.
Replacement of batteries is needed when the contrast in the LC display fades.
Rechargeable batteries may be used, but due to the lower voltage output
(rechargeable battery = 1.2V, standard battery = 1.5V) and the lower capa-
city, the service life is shorter.
oPeration
count-up mode (stopwatch mode)

Select the desired count-up timer with the buttons T1 (1) or T2 (2).
For the count-up use, the display of the selected timer must be at 0:00:00.
If this is not the case, please press the button combination RESET (8) by
pressing the buttons at the same time.

Press the button S/S (7) to start the count-up timer.

The count-up symbol blinks in the display (up arrow).

Press the button S/S (7) again to stop the count-up timer or to restart it.

After the timer is stopped, the time display can be reset to 0:00:00 by pressing
the button combination RESET (8).
The maximum measurable time is 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
