Removal of Battery Pack
1. Remove the extention handles and dust cup container.
2. Turn unit over so that the base is facing upwards. (Fig. 5)

4. Remove the old battery pack from the unit.
5. Insert the new battery pack into the battery compartment cover and slide into the
unit.
6. Replace screw to secure the battery compartment cover to the unit.
CAUTION:
This appliance contains Ni-Cd batteries. The batteries must be
recycled or disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Please consult
your Yellow Pages or local recycling center for more information.

3. With a #2 Phillips screwdiver, remove the screw securing the battery pack
compartment cover to the unit and place aside. (Fig. 6)
FONCTIONNEMENT DE LA BALAI MOTORISÉ SANS FIL
1. Chargez le balai motorisé pendant 20 heures avant de l’utiliser.
Le balai sans fil ne fonctionnera de façon adéquate qu’avec des piles entièrement
chargées. Chargée à fond, le balai fonctionnera pendant 35 à 45 minutes – en
fonction de l’usage (exemple – tapis ou planchers nus).
2. Appuyer sur l’interrupteur marche/arrêt pour la mettre en marche. Pour l’éteindre,
appuyer à nouveau sur l’interrupteur marche/arrêt. (Fig. 7)
REMARQUE: Ne pas utiliser le balai sans son vide-poussière.
3. Pour modifier l’angle du manche, appuyer sur l’élément moteur de le balai
avec le pied tout en tirant le manche vers l’arrière. (Fig. 8)
