CHECKING THE HYDRAULIC OIL
LEVEL IN THE TANK
EVERY 100 HOURS
Turn off the machine and remove the key
Extract the dipstick pos. 3 and check that the oil level is
in the space where the dipstick is squashed.
If it is low remove the cap POS 3 and topp the level up.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE ANY OIL
DIFFERENT FROM THAT ONE INDICATED.
REPLACING THE HYDRAULIC
OIL FILTER AFTER THE FIRST
500 HOURS, THEN AFTER 1000
HOURS
Turn off the machine and remove the key.
Raise the hood
Remove the cap POS.1 slowly
Slowly raise the filter cratridge POS.2 and make sure
that all the oil drains before replacing it.
Check the oil level
Remount everything.
Do not throw away into the evironment filters or spent
oils.
REPLACING THE HYDRAULIC
OIL FILTER AFTER
2000 HOURS
Turn off the machine and remove the key
Remove the right-hand side
Use a tank and put it under the drain tank POS.6
Remove the cap POS.1
Remove the cap POS.5 , run off the oil, replace the cap.
Fill the tank till the max level shown in the dipstick
POS.3.
Total qty tank +plan = 6.5 litri
Insert the oil level dipstick
Start the engine and carry out a few reverse/forward
operations.
Turn off the engine
Recheck the level of the oil and if necessary fill it
Close up everything again
CAUTION: DO NOT USE ANY OIL DIFFERENT
FROM THAT ONE INDICATED.
