Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Reasons
There is little heat or no
heat.
Check thermostat dial and
look for any error in power
transmission.
Adjust thermostat dial to your
desired setting.
Set the thermostat dial to a
higher setting.
Remove excess water.
By turning to the right, adjust
the steam control knob to the
proper position.
Follow the “Heater Cleaning”
instructions on the previous
page.
Fill the water level up to the MAX
mark on the tank.
Give regular pauses between
each vertical burst of steam and
continue ironing in horizontal
position.
Cord may be unplugged or thermostat
improperly set.
Thermostat dial is set at the OFF mark.
Repeated usage of vertical burst of steam or
the iron is not hot enough.
The iron is not hot enough.
The water is exceeding the MAX position mark.
Clogged steam holes.
Steam control knob is not set to the proper
