1.Center folding cradle (A) on top of vehicle cross bar. In

ert bolts (B) through the holes in the top of the base pad,
and assemble with mounting bracket (D), flat washers (C), and knobs (E). See Fig. 1.
Tighten the knobs (E) to bolts (B) securing the folding cradle (A) to the vehicle cross bar. See Fig. 2.
Repeat process with second J-Cradle on second cross bar. Ensure cross bar spacing is at least 24".

Loading and Secure
1.Turn the two locking handles counterclockwise.
Lift and rotate the outer frame to an appropriate position. See Fig. 3.
