Check system status
by app by SMS
1. You can check the status of your system
from dashboard of the app at all times. The
dashboard tells you if your alarm system
is connected, if the control panel and
accessories are sufficiently powered, if it is
connected to a cellular network.
Remark
If the dashboard is greyed out, it means
you are not connected to your alarm.
This can be caused by:
- No Internet connection on your
smartphone
- Your Secual Box is not connected to
your home Wi-Fi network.
Send (by SMS, to the telephone number of the
SIM card in the control panel):
00
The control panel replies:
System:Disarmed
AC power:on
Remark
If the level of your control panel's or
detectors' batteries is low, you will
receive an SMS on the first SMS number.
If the detectors have been renamed, the
name of the detector will be mentioned
in the SMS.
