2.8    Port Settings Page

  The Port Settings page allows the administrator to manually adjust the Transmit (TX) and Receive

(RX) levels of the analog E&M ports. Click the arrow button next to the setting to be adjusted and
select from the options displayed. The settings displayed are actual dB increments from +5 dB to -
6dB. The E&M ports are defaulted to “unity gain,” 0 dB signal in produces 0dB signal out.
In addition to level adjustment, a test tone can be generated from the respective E&M port to
respective channels which have been mapped to this port. The level of tone generated is -0dB.
