IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical equipment, basic safety precautions should always be
followed including the following:

Do not use outdoors.
•
Do not let power supply cords touch hot surfaces.
•
Do not mount near gas or electric heaters.
•
Equipment should be mounted in locations and at heights where it
will not readily be subjected to tampering by unauthorized
personnel.
•
The use of accessory equipment not recommended by the
manufacturer may cause an unsafe condition.
•
Do not use this equipment for other than intended use.

Note:
The light source in this luminaire is not user-replaceable, and
must be replaced only by a qualified technician. Contact ETC
Customer Support for assistance.
Environment
The ColorSource CYC operates in ambient temperatures of 0°C–40°C. The
ColorSourceCYC is for indoor use only.
•
Maximum recommended ambient operating temperature: Ta = 40°C
(104°F)
•
Maximum anticipated external surface temperature at 40°C ambient:
Tmax = 110°C (230°F)
•
External temperatures after 5 minutes of full-brightness operation at
25°C (77°F) ambient: 49°C (119°F)
•
External Temperature (steady state achieved) at 25°C (77°F): 88°C
(190°F)
