Hold the filter in such a way that the pleated side points upwards and the water flows
parallel to the pleats. Hold the filter at an angle so that the water washes away the dirt
inside the pleats. Turn the filter 180° and let the water flow along the pleats in the opposite
direction. Continue this process until the filter is clean (Fig. 16). After drying, insert the
cartridge back to the vacuum cleaner in the opposite way. Insert the lugs on the exhaust
cover into the matching recesses in the cleaner body and click the cover shut.
CAUTION
– The maximum suction effect will be reached with a clean filter and an dust filter.
– Do not use any aggressive washing or cleaning agents or hot water to clean the
HEPA filter and the micro-filter.
– Cleaning the filter will not restore its original colour, but it will restore its filtration
properties.
– The HEPA filter and the micro-filters are not intended for cleaning in a dishwasher.
– Proper insertion of the dust filter to the holder will secure the mechanical safety lock.
Now you can close the lid of the vacuum cleaner
– Neglecting regular replacement of micro-filters can result in the vacuum cleaner
failure!
– Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are functional.
– We recommend replacing the HEPA filter twice a year. Replace the other micro-filters
if they cannot be cleaned properly or if they are damaged. You can buy a replacement
dust filter, a HEPA filter and a micro-filter in the elektro shop chain.

St
oring the accessories
The accessories (
the upholstery and crevice nozzles
C1
,
C2
) can be kept under cover
A1
in lid
A2
(Fig. 17). The remaining accessories such as the floor nozzle
B1
, suction
tubes
B3
and hose
B2
can be dismantled or left assembled and hooked on the cleaner
backside or bottom in the standby position (Figures 18). For better stability, slide individual
parts of the tube to each other so that the tube is as short as possible. When storing,
always set the floor nozzle to the carpet position (i.e. with the brush retracted); thus you will
prevent bending of the bristles.
v. MAINTENANCE
Always keep the cleaner in a dry place well away from sources of heat such as a fireplace,
stove, or heating radiator and keep it protected from the elements (rain or sunshine). Clean
the cleaner surface with soft wet cloth and never use abrasive or corrosive detergents.
Floor nozzle, brush, parquet nozzle
After any vacuuming it is recommended to check visually the brushes or collectors for
possible impurities. If you find some impurities, remove them in the way specified below.
Cut threads and hair with scissors and remove them.
