Frost hazard
The feed temperature on the secondary side has
dropped below +5 °C. This is why the secondary pump
is only operated in cyclic operation to prevent the heat
exchanger from freezing. If on the secondary side the
flow temperature rises above 15 °C, normal operation
of the module is restored.
Enable off
The heat producer for the module has not reached the
required minimum temperature [Enable temperature].
So operation of the module is not possible.

9.2.1 Function block [system separation
module]
Overview of the system separation module
1 Operating condition and information.
A description of the operating conditions can be
found in the integrated Help menu by pressing the
button.
2 Heat producer for the module (primary side)
3 Primary side flow temperature
4 Primary pump and current speed
5 Flow temperature of the secondary side
6 Consumer on the secondary side.
A line appears if the consumer is being charged,
and the flow temperature and the symbol of the
consumer are shown in yellow.
Function
The heat is released from the primary side heat
producer (e.g.: buffer) via the heat exchanger to the
secondary side consumer. The ETAtouch control
system continuously adjusts the speed of the primary
pump so that the required flow temperature is
achieved for the consumer on the secondary side.
The secondary pump starts either when the
temperature (minus the release difference [Sec.
pump release diff.]) requested by the consumer is
reached on the primary side or when the requested
temperature has not been achieved on the primary
side after the set duration [Sec. pump max. switch-on
delay].
Example:
A heating circuit which demands a 50 °C flow
temperature is connected to the secondary side. The
