Wipe the entire iron with a wet cloth in the cooled state and dry up. If brown film is created
on the ironing plate (e.g. when ironing starched laundry), you can remove the film by
a detergent containing fine sand.
Self-cleaning system
(SELF CLEAN)
To maintain optimum performance, the system needs to be decalcified after every 15 liters
of water consumption (about 10 complete refills). Hold the iron in the horizontal position

automatically enter the cleaning state. The cleaning indicator lights up. Make sure there is
enough water in the tank (0,5 l) when using the cleaning function. Press the steam button

and the pump will work at full frequency. Clean the bottom plate of the iron. Release

the cleaning then iron a clean piece of cotton cloth so that the ironing plate is cleaned.
Recommendation
–
The boiler is designed so that any scale is removed together with water by draining.
You do not need to shake or tilt the boiler.
– Failure to clean the appliance may lead to malfunction.
