Cleaning and maintenance

Every 6,000 hours / 2 years

If the discharge screw and the stoker screw are in
operation simultaneously and the function is set to
[Yes], either the sensor is faulty or the gap between the
screw in the gear and the sensor is too large and must
be adjusted. The gap should be about 1 - 2 mm.

Check silicon hoses for differential pressure
switch and transmitter

If necessary, blow out the silicon hoses and re-connect
them. Ensure the correct position during connection.
The hoses must not be kinked or crossed over.
