Always unplug the appliance from power supply if you leave it 

unattended.

After finishing work, always switch off the appliance and disconnect 

it from power supply by taking the power cord connector out of the 

electric socket.

NOTICE

  When the appliance is in operation, prevent pets, plants or insects to get in contact with it.

  Never use the grill outdoors! Never use the grill for heating a room!

–  Do not use the appliance in the environment that is saturated with explosive or flammable 

steams.

–  The appliance must not be used in areas where chemicals, paints and other flammable, 

explosive, volatile and harmful substances are used or stored.

Never immerse the panel (or its part) in water and do not clean it in running water!

 Never leave the appliance in operation when unsupervised and check it during the 

whole time of preparing meals!

–  Do not use the grill for other purposes (e.g. 

for drying textile products, footwear, etc.

). 

–  Do not place the appliance near objects or under objects which could get damaged by 

steam, e.g. walls, kitchen cupboards, sideboards, paintings, or curtains. Leaking steam 

could damage them.

–  While grilling there is a risk of self-ignition of the prepared food. In the case of sudden 

ignition, disconnect the appliance from power supply and extinguish the fire.

–  Before every connection to the power grid make sure that the temperature control dial is 

in the position minimum. After finishing work and before any maintenance always turn the 

temperature control dial to the position minimum

 

and disconnect the appliance from the 

electrical grid by pulling the power cord plug from the power socket.

–  Do not carry the appliance when it is hot, if by chance it is tipped over there is a danger 

of a burn injury. Due to high temperature, the pad under the appliance may heat up. 

 

Do not touch it until it cools down.

–  The power cord must not be damaged with sharp or hot objects, open fire and it must not 

be sunk into water. Never put it on hot surfaces or do not let it hang over the edge 

 

of a table or work tables. Hitting, stumbling or pulling the power cord e.g. by children can 

result in tilting over or drawing the appliance down and serious injury!

–  The appliance is portable and it is equipped with a movable connector with a plug which 

ensures double-pole disconnection from power supply.

–  With regards to fire safety, the grill complies with 

EN 60 335-2-6

. Within the intention of 

the standard, this appliance can be operated on a table or on a similar surface while safe 

distance must be maintained from flammable materials of at least 

200 mm

 in the direction 

of the main heat radiation, i.e. above the plate, and at least 

100 mm

 in the other directions.

–  Use the appliance only with original accessories from the producer. Using another 

appliance can represent a risk for the operator.
