Recommendation
• It is recommended to cut tough ingredients into small pieces. Do not process very hard materials
(e.g. ice cubes, etc.). The knife would be blunt soon.
• Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before processing.
• The longer you process the food with the blender, the smoother the result will be.
• In the case of liquids that create foam (e.g. milk), never fill container

• When beating egg whites, use eggs at room temperature. If beating is not optimal, make sure
that the beater is not greasy, or add a little lemon juice or salt.
• Before beating egg whites (minimum 2 eggs) make sure that the adapter and the container are
dry and without oil residues. Egg whites should have the room temperature.
• Cool cream and whipping cream to at least 6 °C before processing.

Be careful, knife blades F2, G2, H8 are very sharp! Do not use the knife for processing any
