Remark
– The kettle remembers the previous setting when it is removed from the stand and placed
back on it.
– If you remove the kettle from the base during heating and then put it back, the kettle will
be interrupted. However, if you have the function of temperature maintaining activated,
the heating will continue when the kettle is laid!
Tea strainer A6
If you want to use a tea strainer, you must first place the A7 strainer as shown. Insert the
tea strainer into it. Do not put the tea mixture in the tea strainer until the desired temperature
has been reached. Be careful when attaching the adapter and inserting the strainer,
including removing it - risk of scalding!
Please consider the following tips as examples and inspiration not intended to provide
complete instructions, but just to show the possibilities of heating of various liquids. Water
temperatures are only approximate and may vary according to personal taste, quantity, type,
quality and age of the used tea, coffee, etc.
• 40 °C = infant formula milk,
• 60 °C = hot beverages,
• 70 °C = green teas,
• 80 °C = white teas,
• 100 °C = black, herbal teas.
Note : If you are going to heat up water to a low temperature (40 or 50 °C), it is necessary
to have at least 0.7 litre of water in the kettle to reach the preset temperature more
accurately. In the case of a lower volume, the actual temperature may exceed the
preset temperature.
Before reaching the set water temperature, the appliance can be switched off „manually“
by repeated pressing the respective button B3 . Always use fresh drinking water for
boiling. The temperature and time heating depends on the amount of water and the
initial temperature of water. For the correct temperature setting, follow the manufacturers‘
instructions that are described on food packages (e.g. tea, coffee, instant drinks, soaps, etc.).
Keep warm function
If you want to heat the water to the desired temperature and reheat it at the same time, press
the temperature maintaining button B4 , colouring this button and the button B3 will
flash. Use button B5 to set the desired temperature that you want to maintain when
it is reached. Press B3 to confirm. When heating and active, the B3 and B4 buttons
are lit, the set temperature on the LED panel flashes. As soon as the temperature is reached,
the temperature on the LED panel will remain lit along with the B3 and B4 buttons. The kettle
maintains the set temperature for 120 minutes, then switches to standby mode. To cancel
the function, press B3 or B4 .
