The device has a
strange smell when

should cause no concern.

and causing an odour. Turn off the device and clean it
using a dry, dust-free cloth.

hot when in use.

the AC adapter are generating

There is extreme
discomfort on the
skin while in use.
The intensity level is set too
high. Lower the intensity level to an
optimal setting.
The magnetic filter on the
