BREWING TIPS
Fresh and good-tasting water is essential since it makes up more than 98% of a cup of
coffee or tea. The brewing, pulse, extraction or pouring water time is primarily determined
by the ground size.
If the ground size is coarser, it causes under extraction and tasteless coffee. If the ground
size is too fine, it causes over-extraction and a bitter taste. To get the best flavors from a
coffee, we suggest a medium grind (5-grain size).
