Selecting the temperature
Press the
or
button until the desired temperature has been reached (5 to 37°C). This
temperature is shown on the screen to the right of the room temperature.
•
The heater automatically stops when the room temperature reaches the set temperature. It
restarts when room temperature drops.
•
In
(frost protection) mode, the temperature is set at 5°C and cannot be adjusted.
“Turbo” function:
When this function is activated, a powerful airflow blows through the”Turbo” mode air vent
on the front of the appliance. This mode allows a room to heat up faster.
1.
Press the
button to activate the "Turbo” function. The corresponding symbol comes
up on screen.
2.
Press this button again to deactivate the function.
Note:
the “Turbo” function cannot be used when the
(frost protection) mode is activated.
Programming an operating time (timer)
1.
When the convector is switched on
press the
button repeatedly until the desired
time is obtained (1 to 24 hours). The selected time flashes on screen during setting, then
is displayed permanently when setting is complete.
To cancel the timer, press the
button repeatedly until the timer displays “0h” on
screen.
Note:
do not turn off the appliance by setting the switch on the side of the appliance to “0”
(power off) as this will cancel the timer.
The power consumption depends on the selected heat position. For improved
energy efficiency, select a high heating power first (2300 W), then switch to
medium (1300 W) or low power (1000 W) once the desired heat has been
reached.
When you have finished

When you have finished, press the
button to switch the appliance off.

Set the switch to “0” (power off) and unplug the appliance.
•
Thermal safety:
if the appliance overheats (e.g. if a cloth covers the appliance),
it automatically stops working. Uncover it before restarting it.
cleaning and maintenance
IMPORTANT:
•
Always unplug the power cord from the power
socket and allow the appliance to cool down before
cleaning or maintaining it.
•
Never immerse the plug, power cable or appliance
in water or any other liquid.
•
Never use abrasive cleaning products (alcohol,
solvent) or aerosol products on this appliance.
•
Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and clean the exterior surfaces of the appliance.
•
For thorough cleaning, you can use a soft cloth lightly soaked in water and a mild detergent
(such as washing up liquid). Then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before turning the
appliance back on.
•
Make sure no water ever enters the appliance through the air vents.
•
If you do not use the appliance for a long period of time, unplug it from the power socket.
