Detecting incoming calls
•
When a call is received or dialled, the smartphone pauses playback of the music. The transmission
of music from your phone to the micro hi-fi system is interrupted.
•
When the call ends, the telephone resumes playback at the point where it was interrupted and plays
the music on the micro hi-fi system’s speakers again.
Cancel the active Bluetooth* connection
If you wish to cancel the pairing between the micro hi-fi system and your smartphone, to pair it with
another smartphone, press and hold the
button on the micro hi-fi system or the remote control
for 5 seconds. The blue

LED flashes again on the display and
Not Connected
is displayed on the
screen.
connecting the micro hi-fi system to an auxiliary source
The 3.5 mm
AUX
jack (19) allows you to connect an audio player and play music from this player on
the micro hi-fi system’s speakers.
1.
Plug the end of a 3.5 mm jack/3.5 mm jack cable (not included) into the AUX (19) socket on the front of
the unit, to the right of the CD tray.
2.
Plug the other end into the audio output jack of your media player. Refer to the supplier’s instruction
manual for more information.
3.
Select the
AUX
(19) source
by repeatedly pressing the
SOURCE
button on the remote control or
the unit
.
4.
Start playback on your auxiliary source, the sound plays through your micro hi-fi system’s speakers.
connecting a removable USB device
Switch on the micro hi-fi system.
1.
Connect the USB stick containing the files to be played to the USB port (17) on the front right of the
unit, to the right of the CD tray.
2.
Select the USB source by repeatedly pressing the
SOURCE
button on the remote control or the unit.
3.
The screen displays the number of playable files and folders found on the stick.
4.
Playback of file 1 starts automatically. To pause, press the
button on the micro hi-fi system
or the remote control. To go directly to another track, use the
and
buttons. To stop
playback, press the STOP

connecting a microphone
The
MIC
(18) microphone input is compatible with all modes. You can sing over any medium or even
live.
1.
Connect a wired microphone with a 3.5 mm jack to the
MIC
(18) jack on the front panel of the unit,
to the right of the CD tray, and switch the microphone button to ON.
2.
Press the
MIC.VOL
button on the remote control to activate the microphone, then press the
SOURCE

buttons to increase or decrease the microphone volume. To stop using the microphone, press

button on the remote control again. If you do not press the button again, the micro
hi-fi station will automatically return to the general volume control after 5 seconds of inactivity.
