The washing machine is equipped with a self-diagnostic system indicating the error
code through the wash cycle indicator lights. The most common error codes are listed
in the table below.

Action to be taken
E01
The machine door has
been left open or closed
improperly.
Close the door properly until you
hear a click. If the defect persists,
turn off and unplug the machine
and contact your dealer service
centre immediately.
E02
The water pressure or
water level inside the
machine is low.
Check that the cold water tap
is fully open and that the mains
water supply is not turned off. If
the defect persists, the machine
will stop automatically. Unplug the
machine, turn off the cold water
tap and contact your dealer’s
after-sales service centre.
E03
The pump or the electrical
connection of the pump is
faulty or the drain pump
filter is clogged.
Clean the drain pump filter. If
the defect persists, contact your
dealer’s after-sales service centre.

The machine has an
excessive amount of water.
The machine will drain the water
automatically. Turn off and
unplug the machine. Turn off the
cold water tap and contact your
dealer’s after-sales service centre.
