Fitting and Replacing the Carbon Filter

If the cooker hood is connected for recirculation, a carbon filter must be used.

5. Replace the filter cover.

Carbon filters are available as an optional extra.

1. Before fitting or replacing a carbon filter, the acrylic filters must first be taken out (see previous section for

instructions on how to do this).

2. Take the carbon filter out of its packaging.

3. Install carbon filter.

First, take the filter cover down and take the U-shaped hangers out.

4. Put the carbon filter in position. Put the U-shaped hangers back into its position.

Replace the carbon filter when it no longer absorbs kitchen odours effectively. It

should, however, be replaced at least every 3 months to prevent a risk of fire.
