• ALWAYS
use the Securing Strap, failure to properly attach the Securing Strap can lead to serious injury or death.
After installation periodically check that the Securing Strap is tight and not leaving a gap between the mattress
and Hand Bed Rail.
• NEVER
allow young children to use this Hand Bed Rail, intended for use with adults 18 years of age or older.
• ENSURE
Home Bed Rail is tight against the mattress and at least 12½" from both the head and footboards.
Periodically check to ensure Home Bed Rail has not moved and is secure.
• ALWAYS
use on a standard home bed, not for use on toddler, bunk, water, hospital, or inflatable beds.
• KEEP
these instructions, failure to follow these instructions could lead to serious injury or death.
• If any part of the Home Bed Rail is damaged, discontinue use IMMEDIATELY and contact either place of
purchase or Essential Medical Supply, Inc. (800-826-8423).
