YOUR COOKER.
The Esse Plus-500 has a 400watt element which heats the Top and lower
warming/slow cooking compartments and it thermostatically controlled
to between 85°C and 90°C. There are 3 specification options with regard
to the Plus 500 top. An unheated anodised aluminium top (Plus-500), a
heated aluminium top (Plus-500 HT) which heats up to around 45°C and
a 3 zone induction hob (Plus-500 IT).
