Adjusting the zoom factor
When switched on, the camera image will be shown with the
zoom factor you used the previous time you switched the device
on. Press and hold the button to increase the zoom up to
factor 22×. Press and hold the button to decrease the zoom
down to factor 2×. You can also repeatedly press these buttons
briefly to change the zoom factor.
False colour display
To show the camera image for contrast increase in false colours,
press the button (
j
). If necessary, press this button repeatedly
to switch through the various false colour modes and to return
to true colour display. As delivered, the false colours are preset to
b/w and w/b.
To set up further false colour displays, call up the false colour
selection submenu. To do this press the MENU button (
t
), use
the to scroll buttons (
q
,
i
) to move to the symbol and con-
firm your selection by pressing the button. After this, use the
scroll buttons (
q
,
i
) to select the symbol above and confirm
this again with the button. You can activate the required
false colour combinations using the two scroll buttons (
q
,
i
),
and confirm the status change with the button. Non-activat-
ed combinations are shown with an ×.
Press the MENU button (
t
), to close the settings menu.
Saving the live image as a file
Press the button (
k
) briefly to show the current camera im-
age on the display as a still image and to save it to the inserted
SD card as a file. Press the button again to return to the live
image display.
