Basic operation
Before you use the smartlux DIGITAL for the first time, you must fully charge
the internal rechargeable battery.
To do this, fit the appropriate country adapter to the power supply. Connect the USB
port of the power supply to the USB/charging port

using the supplied USB cable.
Then plug the power adapter into the power outlet.
While the battery is charging, the charge indicator LED
g
lights up red. When the
battery is fully charged, the indicator lights up green. You can use the device while
it is charging and it can remain permanently plugged in.
Turning on/off
Press the On/Off button

for one second to turn on the device. The camera icon
will appear on the screen

after a few seconds. Icons briefly show the current sta-
tus on battery charge, magnification factor, and brightness setting.
To turn the device off, press and hold the On/Off button
y
for one second. Current
settings are saved.
