PRACTICAL WINE STORAGE TIPS:
• Do not store bottled wine by box or case in refrigerator.
• The cork of an old bottle should always be soaked in the wine when storing into wine cooler.
Air space is not recommended between wine and cork.
• Recommendations before drinking: Placing lightly coloured red wine out on the table
2–5 hours before drinking and red wine for 4–5 hours so they can reach the suitable serving temp.
Opening the bottles during this period can assist with the service of heavier red wines as well.
White wine can be placed on the table right away. Champagne should always be stored in the cooler and
taken out only before drinking.
• Please note that wine’s temperature is always lower than ideal serving temperature, as the temperature
will immediately rise 1–2 °C when pouring into the glass.
