Risk of overheating! When fat-free food comes in contact with non-
oiled, overheated pans, slight discolorations of the non-stick coating
might occur due to the burning of proteins. Such discolorations are
signs of wear and do not affect the quality of the coating and its
fitness for use.
Heat up the food at a high / medium heat setting and then let it cook
at a lower heat setting until ready.
Never leave the pan unsupervised while the grease is warming:
Overheated grease can ignite. Never attempt to extinguish grease
fires with water! Smother the flames with a lid or a dense wool
blanket.
Only use plastic or wooden kitchen utensils to prevent damaging the
non-stick coating. Do not cut food directly in the pan.
Do not add dripping wet meat to the pan. Grease splatting onto a
glowing hob can easily cause a fire.
The handle may heat during cooking. Use a pot holder or grill gloves
for your protection.
The pan is suitable for gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and
halogen cooker hobs.
