Safety advice
PLEASE KEEP ALL SAFETY INFORMATION AND
INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR FUTURE
CONSULTATION!
Danger of injury!
J
Please note that the handles may
become hot during cooking. For
your safety, use a potholder or
barbecue gloves.
Danger of damage
to property!
J
Pots in which fat is being heated up must never
be left unattended. Fat can very quickly overheat
and ignite. Never try to extinguish a fat fire with
water. Cover the flames with a pot / pan lid or
a thick cloth.
J
Never add salt or brine into the empty pre-
heated product as this could lead to corrosion.
However, a reduction in product performance
is not likely.
J
Do not place meat which is still dripping with
liquid into hot fat. The fat splattering out on to
a hot hob could easily cause a fire.
Save energy!
To avoid heat loss, choose
a hotplate with a diameter that matches the
diameter of the pot. Effective bottom diameter:
approx. 18 cm
CAUTION!
The pot, the strainer insert and the
glass lid are unsuitable for use in the oven!
J
ATTENTION! RISK OF SCRATCHES!
Do not move the cookware back and forth on
glass-ceramic hobs! We recommend before
cooking to wipe briefly the surface of the hob
and the cookware bottom with a clean, lint-free
cloth (e.g. microfiber) to reduce the risk of
scratches.
J
Never hold the hot product under cold running
water. The underside of the product may be
damaged or fall off.
