1. Place the blade base

upside down.
2. Insert the garlic blade [1]

wording “Outside” facing upward

3. Align the grooves in the white base lock

. Turn
the white base lock

in clockwise direction
to lock in place (figure C).
4. Return the blade base

position, you can now see the wording
“Inside” is facing upward.
