Updates the SMCS address, through which mobile-originated SMs are transmitted. In
text mode, the setting is used by send

commands. In PDU mode, the setting is used by the same commands, but only when
the length of the SMCS address (coded into <pdu> parameter) equals zero.

Displays the current <sca> and <tosca> settings.
