Magnetic Clip
The included Magnetic Clip allows the hose to be used with only one hand and while riding.
First attach the Magnetic Clip hose piece to the hose somewhere near the mouthpiece
(Fig. 1)
. Then position the magnet’s
base piece on the side opposite to where the hose exists the pack
(Fig. 2)
. After putting on the Hip Pack the hydration hose
can be run across the front and fixed to the magnet’s base piece
(Fig. 3)
. Check if the clip and base are positioned correctly
for the free hose to reach to your mouth.
Hydration Hose Routing
To avoid overloading the Hip Pack we recommend not to ride with a hydration reservoir or only use a small size reservoir – like
our BH 150 – with a volume of up to 700 ml. Folding bottles are also well suited. Should you choose to use a hydration hose,
it can be routed through the hidden opening in the lower right corner of the main compartment
(Fig. 1)
. From there run the
hose under the side pocket to the front
(Fig. 2)
and only pull out as much of the hose length as needed for operation (free
hose length).

Protector Mounts
Protectors or additional clothing can be mounted to the outside of the Hip Pack via retractable mounting straps. To do this,
open the lower compartment’s zipper and completely pull out the straps
(Fig. 1)
.
Roll down the to-be mounted items into a compact size, place them directly under the bag’s base and wrap the straps
around towards the top
(Fig. 2)
. Fix the straps’ hooks to the corresponding loops and tighten them down.

Trim-To-Fit
Straps:
Any straps that are too long can be cut to length with scissors or a sharp knife if needed. To keep the ends from
fraying, scorch them with a match or lighter.
Hip Belt:
The Hip Belt already has two predefined segments for trimming down (marked with a scissor symbol). Simply cut
along the white line and round off the edges if desired. Scorching the ends is not required here.
ATTENTION:
Make sure to double-check for the correct hip belt length before cutting! Keep in mind that riding in cold temps and with
thicker clothes may require additional length. Incorrectly trimmed or inadvertently cut parts are not justified reason for
complaint! Exchange, Return/Refund and Warranty are void afterwards!
