OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Warning:

 Before using your sander be sure 

to read the instruction manual carefully.

Operating instructions

1. Know your sander

The  compact,  lightweight  design  of  this  sander 

allows it to fit into small areas that other sanders 

can’t  reach.  It  is  ideal  for  sanding,  polishing, 

detailing, removing rust with sanding pads, tips, 

polishing  pads  and  scrubbing  pads  (include).  It  

features hook-and-loop attachment for fast, easy 

sanding  pads  attachment  or  removal.  Before 

attempting to use any tool, be sure to familiarize 

yourself with all the operating features and safety 

instructions.

2. Electrical connection

Your  sander  has  a  precision-built  electric  motor 

and it should only be connected to a 230 V, 50Hz. 

Power supply (normal household current). If your 

sander  does  not  operate  when  plugged  into  an 

outlet,  have  a  professional  electrician  check  the 

power supply.

Warning: 

Always  switch  off  and  unplug 

from  the  mains  before  making  any 

adjustment,  including  replacing  sanding  base 

and fitting sanding paper.

3. Rocker switch

To turn the sander “ON”, simply push the rocker 

switch .To turn the sander “OFF”, push the rocker 

switch again (See fig 2).

4. Attaching sanding sheets and pads

This  sander  features  an  easy  hook  and  loop 

accessory  fastening  system  for  quick  changing 

without clamps.

1) Unplug the sander.

2) Carefully center the sanding sheet or pad over 

the base to be used. Line up the tip of the sanding 

sheet or pad with the tip of the base.

3) Press the sheet or pad firmly in place.

4) To remove sheet or pad, simply pull it off (See 

figs 3).

Warning: 

Failure  to  unplug  the  sander 

could  result  in  accidental  starting  causing 

possible serious personal injury.
