After printer initialization, Epson team member will ensure all nozzles
are firing and will provide customer a copy of the nozzle test
Epson team member will conduct all necessary printing alignments
Epson team member will print a test file to ensure the quality test
meets Epson standards and will provide the printed sample and a
reference sample to the customer

Maintenance PPE Requirements and Ink Handling Training
Completed
Confirm training on proper use of PPE and ink handling. Under
practiced maintenance conditions, some ink splashes and ink aerosol
conditions can occur, and maintenance technicians should be prepared
with proper PPE:

Gloves - Ansell Edmont Neoprene 865, Solvex Nitrile Rubber
number 275, or equivalent gloves.

Face mask - N95 style face mask with charcoal linings to cover
mouth, nose, and lower jaw.

Eye protection - Sufficient to protect eyes from ink splash and
aerosols. Full coverage goggles or similar.

Protective clothing - Sufficient to protect skin from ink splash and
aerosols.
