5.3.12 Print A4 Pattern
This function is to check the adjustment result comprehensively on the plain paper. By
performing this function, the following items are printed.
o
360dpi Black / Color Beta pattern
If there is no print blur or white lines on the print pattern, the adjustment is
completed.
o
Nozzle check pattern
If dot is not missing and each nozzle print pattern is uniformly printed, it is OK.
o
Alignment pattern
Check the alignment on each nozzles on Uni-d print and the alignment of black
and each color.
o
Head angular adjustment pattern
o
Head actuator voltage ID
o
Ink waste pad counter value
o
Bi-D check pattern
“Print A4 pattern” UI is shown below. Click “OK”. The A4 pattern will be printed.

When performing this function, use plain paper. If you use any special
paper, white line will be generated on 360dpi Beta pattern.
