“PS Uploader” from below address.

Execute the downloaded file and run the installation.

After installing, 

“PS Uploader”

 

will open automatically.  You can see 

“PS Uploader” icon in the 

taskbar.

  Insert the cradle's USB cable into the USB port of your PC.

  Go to the 

“create account screen” and follow the on-screen instructions.
