Selecting Heart Rate Mode for Activities

You can select the mode in which you want to measure your heart rate during daily activities (ProSense
57).

•

Auto

mode measures heart rate intermittently (not available for certain activities).

•

Continuous

mode measures heart rate every second.

At the Time screen, press the

Enter button.

You see a screen like this:

Press the

Up or

Down button to select

Settings Activity

Meas. Activity

Your watch enables activity monitoring and displays this screen when it is finished:

Press the
