Using
the PriorityFax Advanced Features
Press
SET.
You see the following display:
Press the
l
cursor key followed by the group number (from 1 to 5)
that you wish to poll and then press
START. You see
the following
display:
Setting delayed
turnaround polling
Once the documents are received, the display returns to the
date/time and you receive a sequential polling report.
To cancel delayed sequential polling, press FUNCITON; then
press 3. Press # to select POLLING: OFF; then press
SET
twice.
The display returns to date/time.
When
you want to
send a document and then receive a document
automatically in return at a time when you are away from the
office and/or when telephone rates are lower, follow the
instructions below. Make sure
the
other party expects to be polled.
When polling is complete, the called side receives a polling report.
Insert a document face down in the feeder. The ready display
appears.
Press FUNCTION.
You see the function display.
Press 3 to enter the delayed polling mode.
