Remove paper.

Paper Jam” on page 58 or press the

button to clear the error.

The paper size setting may not match the size of the paper you are
using. Check if they match.

There can be a variety of causes. It can also be due to your application
software. Contact your administrator for help.

Close the printer cover.
The printer cover is open. Stop the operation and close the printer cover.

Printing stops due to overheating of the print
head. Wait till the head cools.
The print head is overheated. Wait for a few minutes; the printer resumes
printing automatically once the print head cools.

An unknown printer error has occurred. Turn off the printer and leave it off
for several minutes; then turn on the printer again. If the error recurs,
contact your dealer.
