Preparing to Print PictureMate PM 300 / PM 310
Using Printer Help
Printer Help is a manual that you can see on the LCD
screen. Press the
button on the remote controller to
see the Printer Help. Press the button again to exit
the Printer Help.
Note:

Pressing the button may not display the Printer
Help on some screens, such as information or
error screens. Follow the messages displayed on
the screen.

When you exit the Printer Help and move to
another screen, you cannot display the previous
help by pressing the
button again.
Troubleshooting You can get solutions to problems you may
encounter. Select the problem you want to solve
from the following: print quality problems,
problems with paper, ink, and memory cards,
and other problems.
When you cannot display the Printer Help or
cannot find solutions in the Printer Help, see
“Troubleshooting” on page 24.
Contents You can access the table of contents of the
Printer Help. When you cannot get necessary
information from the current help or you want to
see another topic, select
Contents and press
OK . Then select the contents you want to see
from the following: preparing to print, printing
photos, printing from external equipment,
changing settings, maintaining the printer,
replacing the photo cartridge, and using other
functions.
