Is the software an authorized copy? Unauthorized copies
often do not work. Obtain an authorized copy of the
software.
If you are running the software from a diskette, is it a good
copy?
If you are running the software from a hard disk, is the
software correctly installed? Were all necessary procedures
followed and files installed?
Are the correct device drivers installed?
Are the correct video drivers installed?
Is the software correctly configured for the system?
Are you using the software correctly?
Is the software infected with a virus? Run a virus detection
program on your system to test both your hard disk(s) and
the software distribution diskettes.
