Where can I obtain warranty repair service for my Epson Apex products?

Centers located throughout the U.S. If you require service you can call our
toll free Consumer Information number at (800) 922- 8911 to locate the
nearest Apex Customer Care Center for service or product upgrades. You
must provide your proof of purchase receipt for warranty service.
Does the APEX 200 have a serial interface port?
Yes, an IBM PC/AT- compatible (9 - pin connector) serial port is standard
with the APEX 200 and can be used to connect a serial device such as
a modem, serial mouse or a serial printer.
