tab, then select the
Print Hidden Watermark
check box.
4. Select
Copy
from the Character drop-down list, and then select Color to print anti-copy pattern.
5. Select the position where the anti-copy pattern is printed. If you select
Front
, “COPY” is printed
on the text and images. If you select
Back
, “COPY” is printed on the text but not on the images
in the document. If you select
Only Blank
, “COPY” is printed on blank areas in the images as
well as on the text.
For Mac OS X 10.4 or below users

With the Print Hidden Watermark function, the Print Quality setting is changed to
Fine
, the Toner
Save setting is disabled, and the Print Mode setting is changed to
High quality (Mac)
or
High Quality
(Printer)
. The Screen setting is also changed to
Auto (Definition)
in color mode.
