1. Open the print dialog box.
2. Select
Printer Settings
from the drop-down list and click the
Security Function
button.
3. Select the
Watermark Settings
tab, then select the
Watermark
check box.
4. Select Text or Image, then click
.
5. If you select
Text
, type the watermark text, then select Font and Style. If you select
Image
, select
an image file (PDF, PNG, or JPG), then click
Open
.
Note:

To edit the watermark name, double-click the watermark in the List box, then type the
watermark name.

To remove the created watermark, select it from the List box, and click
. Then, click
OK
.
6. Select a custom water mark that has been saved from the Watermark drop-down list.
Note:
You can register up to 32 custom watermarks.
For Mac OS X 10.4 or below users
1. Open the Print dialog box.
2. Select

from the drop-down list, and select the
Basic Settings
