Disassembly and Assembly

Housing Removal

This section describes how to remove the cases and the rear frame.

Case Removal

Remove the video controller board (C125 MAIN board). (Refer to pages 3-7
and 3-8.)

Open the top cover.

Remove the imaging cartridge. Cover the imaging

cartridge to protect it from light or place it in a dark area.

Remove the control panel. (Refer to page 3-10.)

Remove the paper cover.

Remove 3 CC (M3 x 8) screws for the paper guide case, and remove the paper
guide case.

Loosen 2 CC (M3 x 8) screws and the front cover.

Loosen 1 CCB (M3 x 8) screw, remove 2 CC (M3 x 8) screws, and remove the
right cover.

Remove 3 CC (M3 x 8) screws and the left cover.

Remove the top cover.
